Message I didn't go to this event, however some of my buddies did.

There were two Z's that ran:
1) Tim Liess's former Z (now Tim Maxwell's)
2) TCL's red Z

About each car:
1) Apparently the Cheetah did a best of only 11.7 yesterday. Isn't this car supposed to be even MORE built up since it ran 10s? Also, it ran in the 13 second bracket. What the hell is up with that?
2) TCL's red Z has HKS ball-bearing turbos, built engine, NO exhaust/cats, and it ran a best of high 12s (yesterday). I'm sure Bernie's similar setup has netted him lower ETs.

Ugh.

My opinions:
1) Either the car got slower somehow, or Tim Maxwell can't drive.
2) If Rob can run 12.6 with stg 3 plus test pipes and boost controller, obviously there's either something wrong with TCL's Z or the driver can't drive.

Hopefully whatever problems were plaguing these cars would be resolved before the next DRAG WARS (Oct 15th).

I've also heard that the convertible duo of Ed and Erwin represented at the car show. Good job, guys!

P.S. One of my buddies videotaped Tim Maxwell (Cheetah) vs. the TCL Z. I'll try to convert it to AVI format and post it here soon.
